By attending an event, each participant:
- Accepts all risks associated with participation in sports and physical activity
- Agrees that Break Sports, its organizers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage — whether caused by negligence or otherwise
- Releases Break Sports from any and all claims arising from participation in any event
Break Sports' sole responsibility is the organization and coordination of the event itself. We do not provide medical supervision, personal training, or safety certifications unless explicitly stated.
